Learn how to integrate your LimeFunnels Scheduler with external tools

The LimeFunnels Scheduler is a great way to offer 1-on-1 appointments to your customers. It's simple to use and comes with robust options that will keep your personal calendar in sync while assuring your customers are kept up to date. Your LimeFunnels scheduler integrates with the following external tools:

  • Zoom (Video meetings)
  • Twilio (Text message notifications)
  • Google Calendar (To keep your personal calendar up to date)

These integrations are not required, but they will help you close more sales calls by keeping you and your customer in sync.

Zoom Integration​

The Lime Scheduler Zoom Integration will handle creating Zoom links directly within the appointment. You can choose to use your personal Zoom Meeting link or configure it to use a unique meeting ID for each meeting.

  • From the left hand menu, click Appointments -> Settings
  • Click on Zoom s
  • Browse and edit WooCommerce products, orders, and coupons.
  • Update and manage plugins.
  • Review comments for approval/spam/trash.
  • Import and export content to between sites using the Assistant Pro Cloud.

You don’t need to use the Assistant Pro Cloud to enjoy the Assistant plugin. The Assistant Pro Cloud extends the uses of the WordPress plugin.

Assistant Pro Cloud​

The Assistant Pro Cloud storage platform connects to the WordPress sites that have the Assistant plugin installed. It allows you to easily access, share, and organize design assets across multiple sites via the Assistant Plugin.

  • Easily access, share, and organize design assets across multiple sites.
  • Import, export, and save WordPress assets to a file-sharing cloud app.
  • Manage WordPress content (pages, posts, custom post types, and media), WooCommerce content, Lime Editor templates, and Beaver Themer layouts.
  • Store supported third-party page builder templates, including Divi, Visual Composer, and Elementor.

Assistant’s functionality is extended by using other Lime Editor products, but Assistant works on non-Beaver-Builder sites too.
