Can I try LimeFunnels 2.0 before I buy it?​

Yes, we offer a 14 Day free trial where you will not be charged. If for some reason, you would like to cancel your account before the 14 Day trial is up, you can easily do so within your Account dashboard.

Can I upgrade my account after signing up?​

Absolutely! You can easily change your subscription status from within your Account Settings.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?​

The two available billing periods differ in regards to when the payment method is charged and in the total price:

  • The monthly billing plan charges your payment method each month on the date when the plan was started.
  • The annual billing plan charges once a year on the date when the plan was started and includes a 20% discount.

Will my subscription renew automatically?​

Yes, your LimeFunnels 2.0 subscription will automatically renew after one month or year depending on your subscription, although you can easily cancel auto-renewal on your account page within the Billing Information tab under Account. An active premium subscription is required to access some LimeFunnels 2.0 features.

How many user accounts are included with my subscription?​

You can add as many users to your account as needed. There's no limit. For many of LimeFunnels 2.0 functions, users will need Administrator access, however ONLY the site owner can view the billing details.

What payment methods do you accept and what is your refund policy?​

What limits are placed on my account?​

Depending on your subscription level, limits may be imposed on the amount of Funnels, Courses, or Quizzes allowed. With the LimeFunnels 2.0 PRO Plan, everything is unlimited.

Can I install my own plugins?​

Unfortunately, due to plugin compatibility issues, it's important that we systematically handle upgrades and maintain our custom code in a single place. However, if you need something that may be useful to the community, we'll certainly consider installing it in a future release.

Do you have an uptime guarantee?​

As with any application that runs on the internet, there are many possible points of failure. While no application can guarantee 100% uptime, our servers will be up and available 99.9% of the time.

Can I share my funnels with my customers?​

If you're running a coaching business where you want to share out your sales (or leads) funnels to your own customers, you can certainly share your LimeFunnels 2.0 funnels with other LimeFunnels 2.0 users. You can even give yourself recurring commissions by joining our affiliate program.

Do you have an affiliate program?​

Yes, we offer 30% commissions on subscriptions for all affiliate referrals. In order to qualify for the affiliate program, you must have a current LimeFunnels 2.0 account.

How Many Sites?​

Each plan allows for a maximum number of sites associated with your LimeFunnels account.

While separate sites are recommended for SEO purposes, we do allow you to set up more than one domain on any given site.

Is LimeFunnels a plugin or a theme?​

LimeFunnels is a complete hosted WaaS solution built on high speed, high availability servers that are designed specifically for WordPress. For that reason, LimeFunnels cannot be installed on your current WordPress installation.

Do you provide hosting?​

Yes, LimeFunnels is a complete hosted solution, you cannot install LimeFunnels anywhere else. But rest assured, our servers are the fastest WordPress servers available.

Do you provide a design service?​

While our resources are limited, we do have a team of people who can assist you in your design and administration of your sites. Simply contact support for information and availability.

Can I upgrade my plan?​

Yes, of course, you can upgrade, downgrade, and cancel your account directly from your Account page.

Convert my website to LimeFunnels?​

There are currently no automated tools to convert your current website content into LimeFunnels. However, if you're currently using WordPress w/Beaver Builder, we can make that happen.
